Registration & Clearance Timeline
- Registration Window: February 2 – April 3
- Medical Clearance Appointments: Available through March 25! You cannot participate without medical clearance.
- Medical Clearance Submission: Forms must be uploaded to the Registration Box found on the NVWG registration webpage.

Event Overview
- Location: Detroit, MI
- Event Dates: July 9–14
- Travel Dates: July 8 & July 15
Participants are responsible for booking their own hotel and travel; early planning is strongly encouraged.
PVA-WI Member Reimbursement
- Life members may receive up to $2,000 individually or $2,500 with an approved caregiver.
- Funding requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance at https://wisconsinpva.org/financial-request-form
- Associate Members: Associate Members are eligible for their regular $500 Sports and Recreation reimbursement for this event. If additional funds are available, Associate Members will be notified of the option to request increased funding in the first part of April.
