Registration & Clearance Timeline
- Registration Window: February 2 – April 3, 2026
- Medical Clearance Appointments: Available through March 25 at the Milwaukee VA! You cannot participate without medical clearance.
- Medical Clearance Submission: Forms must be uploaded to the Registration Box found on the NVWG registration webpage.

Event Overview
- Location: Detroit, MI
- Event Dates: July 9–14, 2026
- Travel Dates: July 8 & July 15, 2026
Participants are responsible for booking their own hotel and travel; early planning is strongly encouraged.
PVA-WI Member Reimbursement
- Life members may receive up to $2,000 individually or $2,500 with an approved caregiver.
- Funding requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance at https://wisconsinpva.org/financial-request-form
- Associate Members: Associate Members are eligible to receive up to $500. If additional funds are available, Associate Members will be notified of the option to request increased funding in April.
